Calculation using Matrices

A calculation matrix is useful if a price depends on the combination of two customer selections in the configurator’s questions.

In the matrix you pick two questions as the axis parameters and in the fields of the matrix you enter the values that the calculation shall return for the individual combinations.

This works with number inputs from questions, but also with selected answers from questions. Pick the question you want and the answers will appear.

You can also use a calculation as axis parameter and the result of that calculation will be used as input.

For dealing with ranges of input values, you have settings beneath the matrix like ‘Use next higher value’ etc.
