Reviews

Customers can write reviews and set ratings on products. You enable or disable reviews globally at ConfigBox -> Configuration -> Reviews or enable or disable them for specific products at the product edit screen.

New reviews are inactive initially and need to be approved. A notification email on new reviews is dispatched to alert staff.

At Settings -> Reviews you enter the notification email address.

At Reviews you have a list of all reviews where you can filter, approve and edit reviews.
